On the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, the high altitudes and volcanic soil of the village of Kalossi are perfect for growing coffee. This coffee bean has an intense flavor with delicious toasted-bread and cocoa notes. Sulawesi Kalossi, like other Indonesian coffees, has a very low acidity and makes an excellent morning coffee. Grown at 1400 to 2000 meters altitude.
