Shipping Policy
All online orders are packed and delivered from our warehouse in Heerhugowaard. The shipping deadline is 11:30 (local time). We aim to ship on the same day of ordering, subject to availability. If we are out of stock on a specific item, we will notify you and will always try to roast the missing coffee or find a solution together.
We ship roasted coffees within 1 to 10 days.
Intra-city Cargo
Orders to NL are shipped with PostNL and are expected to arrive the following day.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next day.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday of the following week.
You can benefit from free shipping on orders over 55 Euros in total.
European Shipping
International orders are shipped via PostNL or DPD. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Postal carriers operate on business days.
Belgium ~2 days
France/England/Germany ~3 days
Southern and Eastern Europe 4+ days
If your country is not suitable for shipping, please contact us.
For countries outside the EU, we currently have a maximum total package weight of 10kg. This includes the weight of the shipping box and bags. If you would like to order more, please contact us.
Where is my cargo?
Sometimes packages get lost, and it's very frustrating! If you're waiting too long for your package, please contact us at taze@1543kurukahve.com or email us with your order details. We'll initiate an investigation with our package system and the shipper. We allow a 2-week waiting period during which we expect the shipper to deliver your package promptly. If it doesn't arrive, we'll issue you a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Shipping issues
It is the customer's responsibility to enter and verify address information. If you discover you placed an order with the wrong address, please notify us immediately. If the package is still in our system, we can quickly change the address.
Sometimes it is possible to ask the carrier to adjust shipping information, and we always try.
However, in case of a returned package, we will have to pay new shipping fees. Otherwise, we may offer to refund the order after deducting the shipping fees.
If there is an error in the address information caused by us, we will ensure that your order is shipped and re-sent as soon as possible!
