Free Shipping
For Kahve Kulübü (Coffee Club) members: always free shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of order value.
For single (non-member) orders:
- Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping on orders of €39 and above
- Other EU countries (incl. Luxembourg): free shipping on orders of €59 and above
A shipping fee applies to orders below these amounts.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Heerhugowaard. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday between 09:00-13:00. Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday.
Due to our fresh roasting cycle, coffee is shipped 1-10 days after roasting.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: next day with PostNL
- Belgium: ~2 business days
- Germany / France: ~3 business days
- United Kingdom: ~3 business days
- Southern and Eastern Europe: 4+ business days
International orders are shipped via PostNL or DPD.
Where is my package?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please email taze@1543kurukahve.nl. We will start an investigation with the carrier. If the package still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, we will issue a full refund.
Address Error
Entering an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility. If you notify us immediately, we may be able to correct it if the package is still at our warehouse. A new shipping fee applies to returned packages.
