Turkish Coffee and Almond Milk Ice Latte Recipe

A modern coffee experience inspired by tradition, refreshing in summer!

For those looking to cool off on hot summer days but can't give up Turkish coffee, we have a great recipe: Turkish Coffee and Almond Milk Iced Latte. Traditional Turkish coffee meets the natural flavor of almond milk, creating a cold beverage that's both healthy and uniquely flavored.

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground Turkish coffee

  • 100 ml of water

  • 150 ml almond milk (unsweetened recommended)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)

  • Lots of ice

  • Optional: Cinnamon or vanilla flavor

Preparation:

  1. Cook Turkish coffee:
Combine Turkish coffee and water in a cezve. Bring to a boil over low heat, skimming off any foam, and strain directly into a glass, not a cup. Make sure it's free of grounds.

  2. Wait for it to cool:
Let your brewed coffee sit at room temperature for a few minutes. You can also place it in the refrigerator to cool faster.

  3. Prepare the glass:
Place plenty of ice in a large glass. Pour almond milk over it.

  4. Add Turkish coffee:
Slowly pour the cooled Turkish coffee over the milk mixture. You can also add honey, agave, or vanilla flavoring if you like.

  5. Stir and serve:
Stir gently and serve immediately. Sprinkle with cinnamon to enhance your presentation.

Tips:

  • For a more intense aroma, you can use 1.5 teaspoons of coffee.

  • You can try different flavors with different milk alternatives (such as coconut milk, oat milk).

  • You can also visually highlight the layers of coffee and milk by using glass glasses in the presentation.

Why Turkish Coffee and Latte?

This recipe is for those who want to make coffee an experience , not just a drink. The intense, rich flavor of traditional Turkish coffee, combined with the light sweetness of almond milk, creates an unusual yet truly enjoyable drink.
