1543 Kuru Kahve – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website 1543kurukahve.nl, operated by 1543 Kuru Kahve ("the Company", "we", "us"), and all products and services offered through the site. By using our site, you are deemed to accept these Terms.

1. Parties

This site is operated by 1543 Kuru Kahve, based in the Netherlands. All persons who use the website or purchase products ("User"/"Customer") are subject to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

1543 Kuru Kahve offers products such as freshly ground Turkish coffee, coffee-related accessories, and gift boxes. Product images are illustrative; actual products may show minor differences.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Accurate and up-to-date information is required to complete an order.
  • Payment must be made using the secure methods offered on the site.
  • In case of suspected fraud or incorrect information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by third-party carriers may occur.
  • Transfer of risk: we remain responsible until the product is delivered to you.
  • If delivery does not occur within 30 days of the specified delivery date, the customer may cancel the order.

5. Returns and Withdrawal

  • By law, consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).

    All coffee equipment/non-food products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

    Since our coffee beans are fresh products, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply to them. In addition, pre-ground coffee cannot be exchanged.

    We will respond within two business days.

  • This 14-day period applies subject to exceptions (for example, if the hygiene seal is broken or the product has been personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited). Ground products are made to order and cannot be returned.
  • A withdrawal form will be provided for cancellation, which the User must complete to submit a return request.
  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer; however, in case of a faulty or incorrect shipment, costs are covered by the Company.
  • Once the return is received, we will refund the amount paid (product price and any delivery charges) within 14 days at the latest. (We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly specify otherwise.)

6. User Obligations

  • The User agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes and in good faith.
  • If fraud, abuse, or system manipulation is detected, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate service.

7. Intellectual Property

All brands, logos, text, and images on the site belong to 1543 Kuru Kahve. This content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

  • The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. It does not include unreasonably burdensome terms.
  • In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, logistical disruption), delivery or fulfillment of the Terms may be delayed or disrupted; in such cases the Company may limit its liability, provided reasonable measures are taken.
  • In the event of faulty delivery, missing products, or damage, the Company is obligated to fulfill its legal obligations (exchange, return, repair, etc.).

9. Cancellation / Amendment of Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
  • Changes to the Terms will be published on the website and users will be explicitly informed of such changes.
  • Depending on the type of service (e.g. subscription), reasonable notice will be given before a change is made, and users will have the right to cancel.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any complaint, the user may contact us in writing at taze@1543kurukahve.nl.
  • Complaints will be answered in writing within 14 days at the latest. (If processing takes longer, you will receive an acknowledgment notifying you of this.)
  • If the issue cannot be resolved between the two parties, the user has the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or independent dispute resolution bodies in the Netherlands.

11. Intellectual Property and Privacy

  • The copyright of all content on the site belongs to 1543 Kuru Kahve.
  • User data is processed in accordance with the GDPR/AVG (the data protection law applicable in the Netherlands). See the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how user data is used.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • In the event of any dispute, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
