1543 Dry Coffee – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1543kurukahve.nl website operated by 1543 Kuru Kahve ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and all products and services available through it. By using our site, you accept these Terms.
1. Parties
This site is operated by 1543 Kuru Kahve , a company operating in the Netherlands. All persons using the website or purchasing products (“User” / “Customer”) are subject to these Terms.
2. Products and Services
1543 Kuru Kahve offers products such as freshly ground Turkish coffee, coffee-related side products, and gift boxes. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight differences may occur in actual products.
3. Order and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include BTW .

Providing accurate and up-to-date information is mandatory for order completion.

Payment must be made via secure methods offered on the site.

In case of suspicion of fraud or false information provided, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Delivery times are estimated; delays may occur due to third-party courier companies.

Transfer of risk: We are responsible until the product is delivered to you.

If delivery is not made within 30 days from the delivery date, the customer may cancel the order.
5. Return and Withdrawal

Legally, consumers have the right to cancel the order (right of withdrawal) within 14 days from receiving the product .
All coffee appliances/non-food items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Because our coffee beans are fresh, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply. Also, pre-ground coffee cannot be exchanged.

We will respond within two business days.

This 14-day period applies with exceptions (for example, if the hygiene/seal is broken or the product is personalized, the legal right of withdrawal may be limited). Milled products cannot be returned because they are custom-made to order.

A return form (withdrawal form) will be presented for cancellation and the User must fill it out and submit a return request.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer; however, in the event of a faulty or incorrect product being shipped, the costs are covered by the Company.

Once the return is received, we will refund the amount you paid (the product price and any shipping charges) within 14 days at the latest. (We will use the same method you used for payment for the return, unless you explicitly specify otherwise.)
6. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes and in an honest manner.

If cheating, fraud, abuse or system manipulation is detected, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, and images on this site belong to 1543 Kuru Kahve . These contents may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Liability and Force Majeure

The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. It cannot contain unfair or excessively burdensome terms.

In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, logistics disruption) there may be a delay or disruption in delivery or fulfillment of conditions, in which case the Company may reduce liability provided that it takes reasonable measures.

In case of faulty delivery of products, missing products or damage, the Company is obliged to fulfill its legal obligations (exchange, return, repair, etc.).
9. Cancellation / Change of Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time.

Changes to the terms will be published on the website and users will be clearly informed of these changes.

Depending on the type of service (e.g. subscription), reasonable notice will be given before changes are made and users will have the right to cancel.
10. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

In case of any complaint, the user can contact the following address in writing: taze@1543kurukahve.nl .

Complaints will be responded to in writing within 14 days at the latest. (If the processing time will be extended, a confirmation message will be sent to confirm this.)

If the issue cannot be resolved between the two parties, the user has the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or independent dispute resolution boards in the Netherlands.
11. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

The copyright of all content on the site belongs to 1543 Kuru Kahve.

User data is processed in accordance with GDPR/AVG (Dutch data protection law) . For detailed information on how user data is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law (Nederlandse wetgeving).

In case of any dispute, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
